Description
I samband med att Trafikverket avser att etablera en rangeringstjänst i egen regi kommer vi att skaffa oss ett systemstöd för den operativa planeringen av rangering på vagnsnivå. Planeringen kommer att utgå från information från järnvägsföretagen avseende tågsammansättning i ankommande tåg och önskad tågsammansättning i avgående tåg, och resultera i information om hur rangeringen operativt ska styras på vagnsnivå på rangerbangården. Vi vill i detta skede skaffa oss information om attraktiva lösningar på marknaden. We will acquire system support for the operational planning of marshalling at wagon level in connection with the Swedish Transport Administration’s intention to establish a marshalling service under its own auspices. This planning will be based on information from the railway undertakings relating to the composition of arriving trains and the preferred composition of departing trains, and will result in information on how marshalling is to be operationally managed at wagon level at the marshalling yard. At this stage, we wish to obtain information about attractive solutions on the market.
