Description

The Directorate of DigitalIsation (Digdir) invites tenderers to give input for a planned procurement of a system for digital ID control for use in the public sector. The procurement is planned to be carried out in autumn 2025.  Background Digdir plans to procure a system that can be used for 1) issuing MinID, 2) as a supplement to authentication with eID, and 3) possibly also in other relevant areas of use for digital ID control in the public sector.  Digdir has gained some experience with such technology through MinID Passport, a temporary solution under Covid, which was previously used for laid off foreign workers in need of NAV services. The minID was issued here based on biometry and document control.  Response This is an open invitation to the suppliers, without special form requirements. However, we have attached a question form that can be used as an inspiration for the reply. We would like input on one or several of the areas described in this enquiry and would like one form to be filled in for each of the relevant input areas).  Submitting input Responses to this RFI (both questions and input) are sent via the communication module in Mercell.  Deadline for written response…
