Description
Statens innkjøpssenter c/o the Directorate for Management and Financial Management (DFØ) intends to enter into an agreement for the interaction platform. Statens innkjøpssenter is entering into and administering governmental joint agreements. Statens innkjøpssenter currently administers a large number of joint contracts within 18 contract areas on behalf of approx. 190 government entities. The entities have approx. 130,000 employees and are different in size, number of employees, sector, core activity and have different organisation. The turnover through the joint agreements is approx. NOK 1.85 billion per annum. Statens innkjøpssenter has growth ambitions and several procurement processes and agreements are expected in the future. A possible pilot scheme is being worked on, in which 15 counties and 357 municipalities will be able to join the joint agreements for Statens innkjøpssenter. Through the interaction platform, Statens innkjøpssenter would like to interact with entities that are included in the procurement scheme and tenderers on signed joint agreements.
