Description
Statens innkjøpssenter skal inngå fellesavtaler for flyreiser, både innenlands og utenlands. Fellesavtalene er knyttet til oppdragsgivernes behov for gjennomføring av flyreiser i forbindelse med tjenestereiser. Dette inkluderer reiser til interne møter i virksomheten, men også reise for deltakelse på kurs og konferanse, samt andre virksomhetsrelevante tjenestereiser. Statens innkjøpssenter gjennomfører konkurransene på vegne av de statlige forvaltningsorganene inntatt i Bilag 11: Oppdragsgivere omfattet av denne avtalen, heretter kalt oppdragsgiverne.
