Sjöfartsverket har behov av att bygga ett eller flera utrymmen med höga krav på akustisk och elektromagnetisk dämpning s.k. ASK-utrymme. Då lokal där ASK-utrymme ska byggas har begränsningar har Sjöfartsverket behov av en lösning där kontrakterad leverantör levererar och monterar ett ASK-utrymme i form av en färdig modul inne i befintlig lokal.
