Description
Revizija konsolidiranih financijskih izvještaja za HEP grupu, revizija izvještaja HEP-a d.d. i ovisnih društava HEP grupe za 2025. i 2026. godinu. HEP d.d. je sukladno Zakonu o javnoj nabavi obvezan provesti postupak javne nabave za revizorske usluge koje nabavlja. HEP d.d. je kao subjekt od javnog interesa temeljem čl. 43.st.2. Zakona o reviziji dužan ugovoriti zakonsku reviziju s najmanje dva međusobno neovisna revizorska društva te takva zakonska revizija rezultira podnošenjem zajedničkog revizorskog izvješća iz čl.58.st.4. Zakona. Sukladno čl.20. Zakona o računovodstvu, obvezi revizije godišnjih financijskih izvještaja podliježu godišnji odvojeni i konsolidirani financijski izvještaji subjekata od javnog interesa te velikih i srednjih poduzetnika koji nisu od javnog interesa.
