Predmetom zákazky je uskutočnenie stavebných prác revitalizácie meštianskeho domu v Brezne v zmysle časti B. Opis predmetu zákazky v súťažných podkladoch a v prílohách súťažných podkladov. Riešený objekt je národnou kultúrnou pamiatkou a je súčasťou pamiatkovej zóny mesta Brezno situovaný na severovýchodnej strane námestia gen. M. R. Štefánika. Predmetné verejné obstarávanie zohľadňuje „zelený aspekt“ a teda toto obstarávanie je zelené verejné obstarávanie, ktoré je bližšie špecifikované v Zmluve o dielo, konkrétne v bode č. 25 čl. VII.
