Description
Region Östergötland inbjuder härmed till anbudsgivning avseende upphandling Revisionstjänster. Upphandlingen avser Avtalet avser insatser inom redovisningsrevision, förvaltningsrevision, administration, granskning av delårsrapporter, årsredovisning och att vara sakkunnigbiträde till lekmannarevisorer i deras granskning av hel- och delägda bolag hos Region ÖstergötlandI upphandlingsdokumentet framgår i förekommande fall ett uppskattat behov. Beställaren garanterar ingen volym på omfattning eller uppdrag. Den fastställda takvolymen, det vill säga den omfattning av tjänster som högst kan komma att avropas från ramavtalet, uppgår till 43 000 000 SEK. Observera att Beställaren inte förbinder sig till att avropa upp till den fastställda takvolymen innebärande att takvolymen inte ska ses som någon garanti.Avtalet förhindrar inte att Beställaren genomför förnyad upphandling vid metodförändringar, myndighetsbeslut, produktförändring förorsakad av Leverantören eller vid utrustningsbyte som medför att förutsättningarna för detta avtal förändras. Beställaren förbehåller sig då rätten att inte avropa rubricerad produkt/tjänst.
