Description
La Commune de LE TAMPON dispose actuellement d'un Plan Local d'Urbanisme (PLU) approuvé par délibération du 08 Décembre 2018. Elle souhaite aujourd'hui réinterroger les enjeux du territoire au regard du contexte actuel tant d'un point de vue démographique, environnemental qu'économique, dans une logique dit de développement durable. Aussi, la révision générale du PLU a été prescrite par délibération N°02-20241212 du Conseil Municipal du 12 Décembre 2024. Le marché a pour objet une mission d'assistance pour la révision du PLU, tout en se conformant aux dernières règlementations. Le détail du phasage de l'opération figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires
