Description
The County Council has decided that a full review of THE INCREASE shall be carried out. The procurement shall contribute with input for the development of such a public transport service in Østfold regarding route structure and tenders. Proposed measures shall deal with the route offer to Østfold public transport (INCREASED) which is responsible for bus services, including school transport, Flex offers (booked services) and ferry services at Hvaler. The description of the proposed measures includes economic consequences in the short and long term.
