Frivillig förhandsinsyn Helsingborgs Hamn AB har för avsikt att tilldela kontrakt avseende drift, förvaltning, support och vidareutveckling av resursplaneringssystem Bakgrund Helsingborgs Hamn AB använder för närvarande det verksamhetskritiska resursplaneringssystemet Ortec Workforce Scheduling, levererat av Ortec Nordic A/S, för schemaläggning, bemanning, arbetsledningsstöd samt hantering av kollektivavtalsregler inom hamn- och stuveriverksamheten. Systemet innehåller omfattande specialanpassningar utvecklade för att säkerställa korrekt tillämpning av svensk arbetsrätt, arbetstidsregler, branschspecifika kollektivavtal och hamnens operativa processer. För att säkerställa fortsatt stabil drift, regelefterlevnad och möjlighet till vidareutveckling av verksamhetens planerings- och bemanningsprocesser avser Helsingborgs Hamn AB att ingå nytt avtal avseende drift, förvaltning, support och utökad funktionalitet i det befintliga systemet. Med denna frivilliga förhandsinsyn meddelar Helsingborgs Hamn AB sin avsikt att tilldela kontraktet till Ortec Nordic A/S.
