Le projet consiste à réaliser sur cet édifice classé au titre des monuments historiques : des travaux de restauration des intérieurs, de réaménagement des services de la ville, la réalisation des aménagements extérieurs, la restauration de la fontaine et des clôtures, ainsi que le remplacement des équipements techniques. Les prescriptions techniques sont précisées au Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières
