De gemeente Utrecht wil een raamovereenkomst afsluiten met één Opdrachtnemer voor het leveren van Respijtzorg Thuis. De ondersteuning vanuit Respijtzorg Thuis is tijdelijk en vindt plaats in de gemeente Utrecht.
