Description
Fyraårigt ramavtal för leverans av (1) rådgivning inför köp av reservkraftverk (2) reservkraftverk och (3) service, drift, och underhåll av reservkraftverk. Upphandlingen är ett tvåstegsförfarande där steg 1 innebär att alla leverantörer får möjlighet att inkomma med en ansökan om att få delta i processen. Endast de leverantörer som uppfyller alla ställda krav har möjlighet att ta del av underlagen och delta i förhandlingarna under steg 2.
