En application de l'article R2123-1 du Code de la commande publique, ce marché relevant des « services sociaux et autres services spécifiques » énumérés dans l'avis du 31 mars 2019 est passé en procédure adaptée. Cet accord-cadre a pour objet la réservation de berceaux au sein d'un établissement destiné à l'accueil collectif d'enfants âgés de 10 semaines à 4 ans. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires.
