Le présent marché consiste en la livraison et la fourniture de repas ou de pique-nique en liaison froide ainsi que la fourniture de goûters pour les restaurants scolaires, les centres de loisirs pour enfants et adultes, le service Jeunesse et Sports et de la vie associative. La procédure de passation utilisée est la procédure adaptée ouverte (services sociaux et autres services spécifiques). Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 3° du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les options (prestations similaires et reconductions).
