Description
Denna upphandling omfattar resebyråtjänster för resor i Sverige och utomlands. I tjänsten ingår exempelvis att hantera bokningar av och i förekommande fall sittplatsreservationer på resor med flyg, tåg, buss, anslutningstransporter (t.ex. taxi, buss och tåg), hyrbilar, hotell/logi, konferenstjänster samt gruppresor. Upphandlingen omfattar både personlig service (offline) och självbokningssystem (online), som tillhandahålls av anbudsgivarna. Kammarkollegiet uppskattar omsättningen för bokningsarvoden på Ramavtalet till totalt 240 miljoner SEK exklusive mervärdesskatt. Resebyråtjänster får avropas upp till en sammanlagd omsättning om 400 miljoner SEK exklusive mervärdesskatt under Ramavtalets löptid. För mer information se upphandlingsdokumentet
