Description
The Commissioner of An Garda Síochána invites tenders to this request for tenders for the establishment of a single supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of a managed printing and postage service. The Contractor will have to interact with An Garda Síochána and the Courts Service ICT systems. The primary objective for An Garda Síochána in undertaking this procurement process is to procure a Printing and Distribution / Posting service for Fixed Charge Notices and the printing of District Court summonses, and where appropriate incorporating the third payment option, for Garda prosecutions. An Garda Síochána will award an initial Contract for the Provision of Printing and Distribution/Posting service for Fixed Charge Notices and the printing of District Court summonses in parallel with the establishment of the Framework Agreement. Note 1: An Garda Síochána considers the Annexes to Appendix 1 to be confidential.
