Äldre samt vård- och omsorgsförvaltningen, Enheten för Inköp och redovisning, planerar att genomföra en upphandling av persontransporter. Syftet med denna RFI är att inhämta information om marknaden och vad den kan erbjuda. Vi vill också diskutera hur upphandlingen kan göras mer attraktiv för leverantörerna.
