Property Market Prospection The European Parliament and the European Commission are seeking to rent on a long-term basis or purchase, approximately 12 covered parking spaces equipped with electric vehicle (EV) chargers. The spaces must be located in the city centre of Bratislava, within a 1 km radius of the future House of Europe (former Bata building) at Hurbanovo námestie 6 (811 03, Bratislava). Interested property owners or their representatives—including real estate agencies and property developers—are invited to submit their expressions of interest by 30 June 2026 to the following email address: inlo.ueepi@europarl.europa.eu
