Description
Byggnaden på fastigheten Pilträdet 11 har nått sin tekniska livslängd och behöver rustas upp. Fastighetskontoret har fått i uppdrag att upphandla ett entreprenadkontrakt avseende renoverings - och ombyggnadsarbeten. Arbetet ska ske både utvändigt och invändigt. Entreprenaden omfattar hyresgästanpassning till kontorslokal samt teknisk upprustning, Fastigheten ska anpassas till myndighetskrav avseende brand, utrymningssäkerhet, tillgänglighet, vvs-ledningar med mera. Därutöver finns det ett behov av att restaurera fasad och fönster. Notera att detta endast är en förhandsannons. Fastighetskontoret avser att annonsera den formella upphandlingen månadsskiftet november/ december. Samtliga villkor kommer att framgå i den formella upphandlingen. Preliminär entreprenadstart är Q1 2024.
