Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. L'accord-cadre a pour objet d'établir les règles relatives aux bons de commande qui seront émis pour la réalisation des prestations de location de longue durée de véhicules automobiles neufs avec prestations associées comprenant notamment : - l'entretien courant, la maintenance préventive, la réparation des véhicules en cas de panne ; - la fourniture de véhicule de remplacement (= véhicule relais en cas de révision, panne, accident, vol….) ; - l'assistance, le dépannage, le remorquage et le rapatriement (24h / 24 et 7j / 7) ; - les démarches administratives de mise en circulation des véhicules et la gestion des PV. Ces prestations sont décrites au CCTP
