Description
Le marché a pour objet les prestations suivantes : • Proposer un accompagnement avec tarif horaire pour le renouvellement des licences Maximo afin de maintenir l'accès aux fonctionnalités avancées du logiciel. • Proposer une prestation avec tarif horaire d’hébergement sécurisé et performant de l'infrastructure Maximo pour garantir une disponibilité et une évolutivité optimale de la GMAO Maximo. • Proposer une prestation au forfait d’une mise à jour du système OS pour une version supportée, mise à jour du serveur d’application et Maximo avec les dernières versions supportées par l’éditeur : (Migration en 7.6.1.x), pas de migration vers MAS8. • Proposer un accompagnement avec tarif horaire pour la mise à disposition d'un support technique et fonctionnel pour optimiser l’utilisation de l’installation actuelle et envisager des évolutions futures afin de couvrir au maximum les besoins d’Hydria.
