Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal som ska tillgodose ESEM:s behov av rengöring av pannor genom torrengöring, våtrengöring, vattenbilning och sprängsotning på Kraftvärmeverket i Eskilstuna, samt eventuellt övriga fjärrvärmeanläggningar förvaltade av ESEM inom Eskilstuna Kommun.
