Description
VTT (Contracting Authority) aims to acquire a four-year extension period for the software licenses. The duration and timing of the license agreement period varies with respect to the licenses to be acquired, and more detailed information will be provided in the request for tender. VTT currently utilizes the software in question for research and business purposes. The purpose of the Preliminary market consultations is to determine the number and capability of potential suppliers to provide licenses and additional services for the software in question. Additionally, VTT seeks suppliers’ views on the terms and condition related to procurement. Participation in the dialogue does not affect the supplier’s position in the upcoming tender. By responding to the dialogue, the interested supplier is not committing to anything. A procurement notice will be published later.
