Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest remont średni turbiny 18K370 bloku nr 1 dla PGE GiEK S.A. Oddział Elektrownia Opole. Remont średni będzie obejmował prace na obiekcie oraz nadzór nad tymi pracami zgodnie z zakresem określonym w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Zgodnie z Dokumentacją Techniczno-Ruchową (DTR) turbiny wymagane jest wykonanie remontu średniego po 4 latach eksploatacji turbiny licząc od remontu kapitalnego. Celem zadania jest wypełnienie zapisów instrukcji obsługi i DTR Turbiny 18K370, w których Producent zobowiązuje użytkownika do wykonania remontu średniego po przepracowaniu maszyną ok. 25 000 godzin. Zakres prac obejmuje m.in.: przegląd zaworów regulacyjnych WP-PG i WP-LD, przegląd zaworów regulacyjnych i odcinających NP, przegląd łożysk nr 1 do 6, wykonanie wybiegów bez rozsprzęglenia wirników SP, WP, NP oraz badanie łopat części NP.
