Description
Hankinnan kohteena on Tampereen korkeakoulusäätiön (Tampereen yliopisto) rekrytointimarkkinointipalvelut. Hankittavalla palvelulla pyritään kattamaan avoimien työpaikkojen kohdeyleisön tavoittaminen kotimaassa. Palveluihin sisältyy mm. työpaikkailmoitusten rekrytointinäkyvyys ja lisänäkyvyystoimenpiteet erilaisilla julkaisukanavilla, rekrytointimarkkinointikampanjat sekä sisällöntuotanto rekrytointi- ja työnantajakuvaviestinnässä. Tampereen korkeakoulusäätiön omien kanavien ja kampanjoiden rinnalle etsitään rekrytointi- ja työnantajamarkkinointikumppaneita toteuttamaan työpaikkailmoittelun markkinointia ja tuottamaan sisältöjä, joilla vahvistetaan työnantajakuvaa mm. uratarinoin ja tuoden esille korkeakoulusäätiön sisäistä tekemistä sekä vetovoimatekijöitä eri kohderyhmille. Puitejärjestely sisältää kaksi (2) osa-aluetta: • Osa-alue 1 – Rekrytointinäkyvyys ja rekrytointimarkkinointikampanjat • Osa-alue 2 – Sisällöntuotanto työnantajakuvaviestintään Tampereen korkeakoulusäätiö valitsee kullekin osa-alueelle sopimuskumppanikseen 1-3 toimittajaa neljän (4) vuoden sopimuskaudelle. Sopimuksen arvioitu alkamisajankohta 14.4.2025.
