Сключен Договор № 93-ОП24-105(10)/26.09.2025г. , с предмет: „Реконструкция на част от дворното пространство на УМБАЛ-Бургас за обособяване на зона за болнично вертолетно летище /Летателна площадка/ в УПИ I-265, кв.4а по плана на ж.к. Зорница, гр. Бургас, ПИ с идентификатор 07079.601.265 по КК на гр. Бургас“, във връзка със сключено рамково споразумение № 93-ОП24-105(1)/30.05.2025г., с предмет: „Строителство, основен ремонт, рехабилитация и текущо поддържане на улиците в обособен подрайон 7 „Изгрев“ на територията на община Бургас, а именно: платна за движение, разделителни ивици между платната за главно движение платна за местно движение, /локални платна/, разделителни ивици между платната за главното и местното движение, велосипедни алеи и тротоари/“, сключен на основание чл.82, ал.3 от ЗОП, във връзка с проведен вътрешен конкурентен избор и във връзка с чл.112, ал.1 от ЗОП, съгласно Покана № 93-ОП24-105(5)/12.08.2025 г. Срок за изпълнение на договора – до 31.12.2025г. Срокът за изпълнение на конкретен вид строителство и/или строително-ремонтни работи се определя от Възложителя с възлагателно писмо.
