Predmet nabave je rekonstrukcija 19,6 km postojećeg glavnog dovodnog vodoopskrbnog cjevovoda Delovi – Bjelovar te izrada izvedbenih projekata te projekata i snimaka izvedenog stanja, provedba testova po dovršetku, uključivo s provedbom tehničkog pregleda, sukladno Pravilniku o tehničkom pregledu građevine (NN 48/2018 i 98/2019) te uklanjanje skrivenih nedostatka u jamstvenom roku, u svemu prema uvjetima ugovora za Građenje za građevinske i inženjerske radove po projektima Naručitelja, prvo izdanje 1999. (tzv. FIDIC Crvena knjiga).
