Description
Am Standort Berlin hat die ZUG gGmbH als Alleinmieterin das Bürogebäude "Pulse Berlin" in der Strese-mannstraße 69-71 / Möckernstraße 10963 Berlin angemietet. Mit den ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sollen durch den Auftragnehmer [AN] die Gebäudereinigungsleis-tungen (im Wege eines Dienstleistungsvertrages) für die Mietflächen sowie die Lieferung von Ver-brauchsmaterialien (im Wege einer Rahmenvereinbarung) übernommen werden. Das Neubaugebäude (Erstbezug 2021) hat neben einer Gemeinschaftstiefgarage 7 oberirdische Ge-schosse zur Mietung (EG, 1. - 6. OG / partiell 7. OG) mit einer Gesamtmietfläche von rund 12.000 m2 und verfügt über ca. 470 Arbeitsplätze.
