Description
La consultation a pour objet : - Les frais de santé : faire bénéficier le personnel et leurs ayants droit, de prestations complémentaires aux régimes de base de la Sécurité Sociale en cas de frais médicaux, chirurgicaux et d'hospitalisation, dans la limite des frais réellement engagés par les assurés. - La prévoyance : le versement de prestations en cas de décès, incapacité temporaire et invalidité permanente. Le détail des prestations attendues est décrit dans les documents du dossier de consultation. Les prestations du marché sont dévolues sous la forme d'un lot unique. Le présent marché se décompose en 2 périodes successives : - La mise en place préalable du marché commençant à compter de la date de notification au titulaire ; - La phase d'exécution du contrat de complémentaire santé et du contrat de prévoyance.
