Predmet ove nabave je usluga redundantne veze za internet (uspostava i održavanje), što je pristup internetu u nepokretnoj elektroničkoj komunikacijskoj mreži s uključenom zaštitom od DDoS (engl. Distributed Denial of Service) napada za potrebe "multihoming" pristupa internet mreži. Naručitelj ima potrebu za "multihoming" pristupom internet mreži što podrazumijeva pristup internet mreži putem više neovisnih pružatelja usluge pristupa internetu, a sve prema Tehničkoj specifikaciji i Troškovniku za uslugu redundantne veze za internet (u daljnjem tekstu: Troškovnik).
