Description
Le Département de la Vendée a décidé de reconstruire le collège Jean et Auguste RENOIR à la Roche-sur-Yon destiné à accueillir 800 élèves, incluant l'intégration des locaux de la SEGPA au sein du collège. Cette opération prévoit également la démolition des bâtiments existants après la mise en service des nouveaux locaux. La durée globale d'exécution des travaux est estimée à 40 mois (hors période de préparation de 30 jours) à compter de la date fixée par l'ordre de service de démarrage des travaux. A ce titre un marché de travaux va être lancé courant septembre 2025, il sera décomposé en 21 lots traités à prix forfaitaires. Le démarrage des travaux est envisagé pour février-mars 2026. Cet avis vise à informer les opérateurs économiques de la préparation de ce marché afin de leur permettre d'anticiper leur réponse
