Description
Plastic circulariteit is veelbelovend met betrekking tot het verminderen van de afhankelijkheid van fossiele grondstoffen en daarmee de geopolitiek. Daarom heeft TNO een programma Circulaire Kunststoffen opgezet. Om het recyclingpotentieel te benutten, is een hogere kwaliteit van mechanisch gerecycled plastic vereist, evenals een verhoogde efficiëntie van chemische recycling. Een van de veelbelovende technologieën om kunststoffen te upgraden is ontbinding. TNO-SPES werkt aan deze technologie onder de naam Möbius. Het doel van uitgevoerde Onderhandelingsprocedure was om één (1) Opdrachtnemer te selecteren voor de Realisatie en Levering van Möbius2 Modules DSM en ASM. 1
