<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires.<br/>Le Grand Port Maritime de Marseille souhaite développer un terre-plein en continuité des aménagements existants dans le Secteur GLORIA. Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation : - du Dossier d'Autorisation Environnementale uniquement avec : - évaluation environnementale du projet après collecte et synthèse des données d'entrée environnementales et techniques, - demande d'autorisation dite loi sur l'eau pour les Installations, Ouvrages, Travaux et Aménagement (IOTA), - évaluation des incidences Natura 2000,- demande de dérogation pour les espèces végétales et animales protégées. - des différentes études spécifiques associées, déterminées au regard des enjeux environnementaux identifiés à ce stade (Etude acoustique, Etude Air - Santé, Climat - évaluation des émissions de Gaz à Effet de Serre, Etude type Bilan Carbon®, Etude paysagère, Evaluation socio-économique) ; - d'une évaluation environnementale pour la modification du PLU de Port Saint Louis du Rhône - de la reprise du dossier et des différentes études spécifiques suite aux remarques et avis émis dans le cadre de leur instruction …
