Le présent appel d'offres ouvert concerne la RÉALISATION DE PRESTATIONS FONCIÈRES SUR LE TERRITOIRE DE LA COMMUNE DE SAINT-JOSEPH - ANNÉE 2026 Les prestations, de la présente consultation, ont pour objet l'exécution des opérations foncières que la Commune Saint-joseph souhaite mener sur son territoire, ceci afin de répondre aux exigences des projets d'aménagement et à la bonne gestion de son patrimoine foncier. Elles comprennent notamment toutes les opérations (bornage, délimitation de la propriété relevant du domaine public, division parcellaire, document d'arpentage, etc...) préalables ou consécutives à la mutation foncière, et à la conservation et à la concordance cadastrale. Il est à noter que les prestations foncières exceptionnelles qui ne relèvent pas de la gestion courante des services et dont l'ampleur pourrait justifier la mise en place d'un marché spécifique et ne seront donc pas concernés par le présent marché.
