Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les prestations concernent la réalisation de diagnostics amiante et HAP des enrobés sur les routes départementales du Doubs et sur stock de fraisats (agrégats d'enrobés). Elles consistent à : -La réalisation de prélèvements d'échantillons d'enrobé sur RD et/ou sur stock, -Le procès-verbal de carottage pour connaissance du patrimoine chaussée -La détection de présence ou non d'amiante, -La mesure du dosage des HAP, -L'élaboration et la fourniture d'un rapport de l'analyse précisant la présence ou non d'amiante ou HAP
