Predmet nabave je: REAGENSI ZA LABORATORIJ Predmet nabave je nabava reagensa za laboratorij sukladno Troškovniku koji je sastavni dio dokumentacije o nabavi. Troškovnik se sastoji od 7 (sedam) tablica raspoređenih po listovima MS Excel dokumenta. Unutar svakog lista MS Excela reagensu su raspoređeni po analizatorima. Ponuditelj treba ponuditi jediničnu cijenu pakiranja prema definiranom broju pakiranja. Okvirna godišnja količina pakiranja navedena u Troškovniku uključuje sve analize uzoraka, ponavljanja mjerenja, unutarnju kontrolu kvalitete i postupke kalibracije na uređajima koji su u vlasništvu Doma zdravlja Zagreb Zapad.
