Se va achizitiona REACTIVI -24 LUNI -NR.6,conform descrierilor din Anexe-caietului de sarcini si Anexa B la Fisa de Date Procedura implica: Incheierea unui acord-cadru:DA X Incheierea unui contract: Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data-limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor:19 ZILE Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari pana in a-11–a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor; Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor – 19 zile.Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). Calendar estimativ (frecvența și valoarea contractelor care urmează să fie atribuite): lunar/trimestrial/semestrial -LUNAR. Se vor incheia contracte subsecvente LUNAR sau de cate ori este nevoie in functie de necesitatile si bugetul alocat acestei achizitii
