Description
Predmet ovog postupka je nabava raznih prehrambenih proizvoda za potrebe Doma za starije i nemoćne osobe Čakovec za razdoblje do 31.12.2026. godine, sukladno tehničkim karakteristikama i ostalim traženim uvjetima naznačenima u ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi i Troškovniku koji čini Prilog 1 ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Predmet nabave podijeljen je na 15 grupa. Ukupna procijenjena vrijednost nabave iznosi 350.000,00 EUR bez PDV-a. U ovome otvorenom postupku javne nabave procijenjena vrijednost za grupe 1-13 iznosi 338.000,00 EUR bez PDV-a. Za razliku između ukupne procijenjene vrijednosti predmeta nabave i procijenjene vrijednosti nabave koja se odnosi na ovaj otvoreni postupak, Naručitelj provodi odvojeni postupak jednostavne nabave roba koja je objektivno odvojiva sukladno članku 204. ZJN 2016, a temeljem članka 23. stavka 3. točke 2. ZJN 2016 i sukladno Pravilniku o jednostavnoj nabavi URBROJ 343/2024 za grupu 14 Nabava svježih jaja i 15 Nabava brašna.
