Description

L’intervento ha per oggetto la progettazione esecutiva e l’esecuzione di L’intervento principale, ovvero la costruzione del Nuovo Fabbricato per il Mercato Ittico, si inserisce all’interno dell’area libera edificabile, attualmente piantumata a verde, collocata tra il Padiglione 1 e un lotto di proprietà della Società Marechiaro. In base alle necessità previste dalla viabilità di progetto a servizio del Nuovo Padiglione 4, si prevede una riorganizzazione dell’area di parcheggi esistente a sud dell’Ingresso principale del CAAR. Inoltre, in posizione distaccata, vicina all’ingresso principale, su un’area libera di circa 395mq si prevede di installare la cabina di trasformazione MT/BT e i sistemi di accumulo per l’impianto fotovoltaico. Si prevede la realizzazione di altri interventi edilizi minori, diffusi all’interno del Comparto, riguardanti principalmente il rifacimento degli asfalti e la creazione di aree per il carico/scarico merci. L’installazione in copertura dei nuovi sistemi fotovoltaici e gli interventi di efficientamento degli impianti interesseranno i Padiglioni esistenti denominati Padiglione 1 – Padiglione 2 e Padiglione 3, presenti all’interno del comparto del CAAR.
