Description
Oppdragsgiver skal anskaffe arbeidsklær, fottøy og personlig verneutstyr til bruk innenfor ulike områder i kommunen, blant annet plan og anlegg, vann og avløp, renhold, og natur- og idrettsservice. Leverandøren skal tilby et bredt utvalg arbeidstøy for kvinner og menn innenfor blant annet følgende produkttyper: synbarhetstøy, antiflammetøy, kombinert synbarhets- og antiflammetøy, renholdstøy, arbeidssko, vernesko og personlig verneutstyr og tilsvarende i tråd med oppdragsgivers behov i kontraktsperioden. Det er viktig at arbeidstøyet er tilpasset menn og kvinner. Mer informasjon om anskaffelsen fremkommer av «vedlegg 1 – Kravspesifikasjon». Dersom leverandør ikke har tilgjengelig varer som faller naturlig inn under arbeidstøy og personlig verneutstyr som oppdragsgiver har behov for, kan oppdragsgiver gå utenfor avtalen for å kjøpe disse varene.
