Description
Denna upphandling omfattar konsulttjänster inom IT-området och behov i form av resurs- och projekt/uppdragskonsulter. Upphandlingen är indelad i fem (5) olika delområden som anbudsgivaren kan välja att lämna anbud på. Delområden: 1. IT-ledning/IT-Governance 2. Cybersäkerhet, IT- och informationssäkerhet 3. IT-arkitektur 4. Förvaltning, utveckling och test 5. IT-infrastruktur och molntjänster Sida har för avsikt teckna ramavtal med en (1) leverantör för delområdena 1 och 3, och för delområdena 2, 4 och 5 kommer ramavtal tecknas med tre (3) leverantörer per delområde förutsatt att så många godkända anbud har inkommit. Vid färre antal anbud än tre (3) kommer avtal att tecknas med minst två (2) godkända anbud. Vid färre än två (2) godkända anbud kommer inget avtal att tecknas i det aktuella delområdet. Generellt för uppdragen gäller att de kan genomföras i olika format, t.ex. som resurskonsult inom linjeorganisationen, som expertkonsult i rådgivarroll, som fristående leveranser av projekt, uppdrag och tjänster. Sida har ett behov av att anlita resurser/konsulter inom IT-området exempelvis för att resurssätta specialistroller inom olika initiativ/projekt, agera i linjefunkti…
