Upphandling för ramavtal omfattande löpande felavhjälpande och planerade ventilationsarbeten, OVK-besiktningar och Teknisk rondering. Två leverantörer, med rangordning 1 för olika delar av fastighetsbeståndet, antas för löpande arbeten och fast/årligt uppdrag. Ett antal leverantörer kommer att antas för ramavtal avseende deltagagande i förnyade konkurrensutsättningar (FKU), dvs. för större planerade arbeten. Se vidare upphandlingsdokumenten.
