Denna upphandling avser ett ramavtal för anskaffning av tunga bärgningsbilar inkl. service- och underhållstjänster, reservdelar, dokumentation och utbildning till Försvarsmakten. Den tunga bärgningsbilen ska kunna utföra bärgningar och avtransport av huvuddelen av i Försvarsmakten förekommande hjulfordon samt begränsad bogsering av stridsfordon.
