Östersunds kommun har ett löpande behov av att svara för utrednings- och projekttjänster. För den övervägande delen av dessa arbeten anlitas entreprenörer och konsulter. Östersunds kommun genomför upphandling av Tekniska konsulttjänster där syftet är att ingå ramavtal för successiva avrop av upphandlade tjänster under avtalstiden.
