Umeå kommun agerar inköpscentral och upphandlar ramavtal avseende Tekniska konsulter inom området Trafik för Umeå kommun och avropsberättigade myndigheter/enheter i enlighet med förfrågningsunderlag. Uppdragen kan exempelvis omfatta: • Utredning och förslag på åtgärder vid utveckling av områden i kommunen • Utredning, planering och utformning av trafikmiljö för alla trafikslag med avseende på framkomlighet, kapacitet, trafiksäkerhet och hållbarhet i stadsmiljö. • Parkeringsutredningar för tex mobilitetshubbar, flexibla parkeringstal mm • Trafikalstring samt bedömning av flöden på stadsdelsnivå för olika trafikslag utifrån alstringstal. För bostäder inom Umeå kommun används Umeå kommuns resvaneundersökning som underlag i trafikalstringen. För verksamheter kan Trafikverkets trafikalstringsverktyg användas. • Trafiksimuleringar i tex VISSIM (och andra program), i förekommande fall med kommunens trafikmodell som basnät. • Kapacitetsberäkningar i tex Capcal (och andra program) • Redovisning i rapportform med kartbilder, illustrationer, utformningsskisser, diagram, tabeller osv.
