Description
Upphandling av tekniska konsulter inom området kommunala verksamhetslokaler och utemiljöer, där var teknikområde är ett separat anbudsområde. Upphandlingens mål är att konsultuppdrag genomförs kostnadseffektivt, med hög kvalitet och fackmannamässighet av kompetent personal. Samarbetet mellan beställare och konsult ska präglas av god kommunikation, ömsesidigt förtroende och respekt, samt omfatta ekonomiskt, socialt och miljömässigt ansvarstagande. Uppdragen kräver en god kännedom om ABK 09, förmåga att förstå uppdragets krav och effektivt komplettera beställarens kompetens. Målet är att skapa ett hållbart och välfungerande samarbete som gynnar alla parter.
