Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för teckenspråkstolkar som utför tolkning från svenska till teckenspråk. Uppdrag som omfattas är av varierande art och omfattning. Uppdragen består i att tolka vid större möten och konferenser, inför en större samling personer eller livesända möten som t.ex. presskonferenser samt teckentolkning av kommunikation från myndigheten till våra målgrupper.
