I uppdraget ingår okulär besiktning samt till vid behov förstörande provtagning och likvärdigt, dokumentation av byggnadsdelars skick samt bedömning av åtgärdsbehov. Ramavtalet omfattar även återbruksinventering med identifiering och dokumentation av byggprodukter och material som bedöms lämpliga för återbruk utifrån tekniskt skick, demonterbarhet och återbrukspotential. Avtal tecknas med en (1) leverantör.
